Have you been leaving out certain steps when it comes to Austin estate planning? I know that I have, and I probably need to get to doing those things soon. Some people think that they don't really have enough to lay out a will and get to planning out their estate. That's only for the rich people, right?
That is completely wrong because planning out your estate also has to do with listing a power of attorney who can make medical decisions for you. You also need life insurance, and you need to designate the right beneficiaries for your assets. Otherwise, guess who gets to decide all of those things for you? The state government gets to do that, and is that really what you want?
